Got a phone call last night to be told 1 of my friends had hung himself. No 1 knows y he never left a note or tex. His missis and 3 year old daughter found him hangin of the banisters at there home. I'm shocked and can't believe what's happened

He was feelin depressed before Christmas but we meet up for pie and mash and he was happy that his bro was bein released from prison in a couple of weeks.

Its a terrible thing but IMO its a little cowardly leaving people close to you with guilts and having your family to find you like this.

Cant help feel how selfish that is on his kids havin known guys whos dads have done that. ***** them up. But he must have had his own reasons i guess and felt he had nobody to talk things through with. What a great shame that people get to the point where thats the only option.

Yeah I'm a little pissed off that he done it in his own has for them to find him. When I see his family last night his little girl kept sayin is my daddy died so sad poor little mite

Maybe he was depressed. Maybe he was being treated for depression, as some of the drugs they use seem to have suicidal side effects. Whichever way, he wasn't in his right mind, so people should not be too harsh of his actions.

As for where it was done, the place is usually chosen as a way of them blaming whoever should find them - an ultimate "See. look what you drove me to."

The one I am least worried about is his daughter. Youngsters are more resilient than we give them credit for, so she should bounce back from it. For the rest of you, support each other and the hurt will gradually abate, though you will never forget.
