So does anyone else work out? What do you do/focus on.

i've recently started...i wanna increase my tone and bulk up more
 
bulk up then cut :)
bulking up you want to be doing some serious lifting and eating and drop the cardio, try hitting 4000 cals.

then the toning, super sets or circuits with weights, 20 min cardio afterwards and about 3000cals.

food turns out to be more expensive then the gym costs :(
 
Its all about your diet. You can workout as much as you like but if your diet is wrong then you just wont see results.
They say weight loss/toning up is like 80% diet and 20% working out/exercise
