Guys,

Ive been talking with a company on the phone who can supply us H&R springs. Ive not had any experience with H&R springs but if they are anything like the Clio197 or Clio200 springs they will be great the 197.net and 200.net lads shout about them all day long.

They lower the car about 25mm.

They will cost £149.00 + postage.

If im honest when i was looking at springs if H&R was out before i bought my Apex i would have bought the H&Rs!

If anyone is intrested let me know and i can get you in touch with the company.

I've had h&r before on another car, couldn't fault them. Very very good quality, and firmed the ride Up perfectly. Is there a minimum level of orders for that price?

Can you still drive responsibly sporty with those H&R springs but wont they ruin your stock shock absorbers ?

is this for the 133 only, or would other twingo models be able to use the same springs?

These are just for the 133. I can see this they can do them for a non RS model if you like but wont have an answer intill after the weekend.

Really interested in getting those, but need to get some more info whether they're any good, don't want to ruin my ride.

and i need to know if there legal for EU and Belgium cause man i have been searching and our MOT is so confusing about what papers you need to get your car road legal with changing the ride height

I'd be interested I'm some 1.2 ones I know they do them as I looked at some H&R ones to match my H&R spacers?

They do them for non sports. lowers front 20mm rear 45mm to level the car out.

£145 delivered.

Like the sound of this offer.
Any idea roughly how much a decent garage would charge for fitting these to a 133 ?

couple of hours labour i'd have thought - £60 - £100 somewhere around there

Don't forget to budget for any geometry changes that might be necessary

i didnt have to do that it still feels pretty normal and nothing drasticly changed in the feeling of my steeringwheel even at high speeds maybe im lucky who knows  ;) , for the rest i love the handling now a tad firmer then original springs and it looks much better aswell :D

Sure Ghostz is rolling on h&r springs.

So is it kam racing? If so I might buy a few more things while I'm there!

uuh i bought the somewhere else in a partshop in Belgium and they came out fresh out of the factory :D , but yes you can buy them from kam racing ;) https://www.kamracing.co.uk/renault/renault-twingo/suspension/springs/renault-twingo-mk2-1-6-16v-rs-133-h-r-sport-springs.html
