Hi everybody!

im 19 and looking to get a twingo as there just right for me!

my choices are the new Gordini 1.2 RS or Twingo 1.6 133 RS

which is best guys please help me out im struggling to make the decision.

If you can get the insurance at a reasonable price then 133. For me (21m, 1 claim last year) it was £650 fc which was only marginally more expensive than a gt. In fact I think there was only like £20 in it iirc. No brainer :p
 
I would and am going for the RS133. Like above if the insurence costs are ok for you and you can afford to run the RS133 (Not sure what the differences in running costs would be) then i'd go for that.
 
If hyou can afford the 133 and running cost get a 133 if not the the TCE Gordini it is.
 
The guy at the dealership said to me the gordino is a turbo any truth in that?

and the 133rs is what i was originally going for but then he threw the spanner in the works with the gordino

im hoping to get a decent insurance to pay monthly.

The TCE Gordini is a turbo but you dont get great chassis setup like the 133. I have owned both a TCE and the 133. I moved to a 133 from the TCE for a reason ;)
 
Lol that sounds pretty convincing a majority vote for the 133RS,

going for a test drive on Saturday anyway so il keep you guys posted.

As above. If you can afford it - 133 every time. They're fantastic little cars.
 
Got to be the 133 - power AND handling win hands down.

BUT the 1.2 Gordini is a lovely looking car and insurance may be a factor for you at 19
 
tbh i jumped in i just turned 19 when i bought my 133 i love it and had my heart set on it but to say the least i was getting pumped on insurance the cheapest i could find was £310 pm thats right per month 1 year on 1years ncb and its £160 PM so if uve got the money defos a 133 varing insurance etc but it is a decision u will not regret trust me
 
safe to say my arse was sore after that 12 month shaftin lol but i was 19 had my licence for less than a year and 0ncb as i was a new driver lol thats behind me now TF lol
 
How much !! Saying that I was paying 195 a month for my sax was a 1.1i t reg when I started :lol:
