Im looking to purchase a set of HID's for my Renault Twingo Gordini, what colour do people recommend? 6000k/8000k?

I have 6000k on my motorbike, and they are plenty bright enough. Nice and white too, not hint of blue. rule of thumb i believe is higher k = bluer light?

4.3k is factory HID, 6k is as white as you can get (slightly blue), 8k is blue.

Im not really doing it to attract attention, i just want the HID's to improve my visibility and the 6k has a hint of blue which sounds perfect for me

I had 6000k in my twingo. They made a massive difference. They were more than enough.

If u want more light though, the best ones to go for are 4300k, not as white or blue but give off better light

Hids for u are about the best place for em. You need a H4 kit iirc. The HIDs for u kit arent the cheapest but no ones had issues with them flickering etc which happens with the cheaper kits

I bought 2 sets of eBay for about £25 each (6000k 35w) Iv had the 1st set on about 5 months with no probs and then bought the secound set for my fogs just before December, still working 100% perfect!!
