I've just done something really stupid I think. I think I've just removed the camshaft solinoid without knowing the consequences. I am right it's the tube like piston rod thing which is by beside the oil filler cape itch the connecter on top ?What do I do can't get it back in really worried now obvously can't start car now anyone any ideas before I ring a mechanic
 
Problem solved, managed to get it back in teach me to leave things in place when I'm cleaning lol. After doing abit of research what a dephaser solinoid actually does I'm quiet relieved thought I could of knocked the timeing out or something.
