Do you not think that there actions of keeping with her an pressuring her may have forced some of the actions later in the footage!! They aren't police nor are the trained to follow vehicles....

Yes they were following but up until the chase they were not speeding not pressuring the woman into anything. They kept a distance at all times possible.
However, driving like they did to catch her was wreckless. A phonecall to the Police and leave it to the professionals... you know what the car looks like and they would most likely be able to track her down. I can't help but think I'd do the same though....
