As in, they ask you if you're using your car socially or commuting to work? I mean for example, your car is insured for social only yet you choose to drive to work one particular day. Someone crashes into you and when you report it they ask you where you were going, you tell them to the shops.
How do they prove you weren't other than circumstances of the time. Let's face it they don't ask you the address of where you work. :?
