How to remove mirror cappings and non RS fog surrounds

How do i remove them as i want to repaint them anthricite!

You just pull on them but be careful not to break the clips behind

You pull them and every clip will break. for the mirror pop the glass out and push the clips to loosen the cover. for the fog light trims your best bet is to remove the bumper and work the clips from the other side
