It may have evolved from some truth, but theres a few things wrong

Sidewinders are air to air missiles, though they have been tested against a ground target
Sidewinders are Infra Red tracking missiles, which normaly seek the engine heat in an aircraft, therefore would struggle to lock onto the poor coppers 27degree body heat
Low flying exersise above the UK and fully armed. Not likely to be armed with a functioning missile... Sidewinder Aqui missiles are normaly carried as standard training fitment, they have the seeker head, but no rocket motor or control surfaces

Almost 10 years working on Tornado GR1 and GR4 aircraft. The Sky Shadow pod could detect and probably jam a hand held radar gun

Also, what is a Dutch pilot doing in a Tornado? Possibly an exchange pilot, but that would be quite rare
