Right ok

Conversation went something like this.

Me "Nan, im thinking about a new car and i want another Twingo 133 because brand new u wont get a better car for the money" (especially when im getting 25% Off my next one from speaking to Renault UK coz of how much trouble ive had with mine)

My Nan " We have a yaris and that was similar money to your Twingo and it has 5 doors"

Me "yeah but its a Yaris and 5 doors look horrible on small cars because the back doors are smaller and looks odd"

Any way carried on a bit like this and now my Nan bluntly refuses to get in my car, its hilarious, every time we go out, i offer to drive and she says im not going in your two door car, its not as safe, i have to reach for the seatbelt etc, i do it on purpose now but i dont mind coz it saves my Petrol :D

I just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience or taken the mick out of parents cars etc and got a similar reaction from them.

And they say the young ones are stubborn

sorry for the essay by the way

Nah, it'll be typical car makers' weasle-words "from a range of cars with up to 5 stars" or some b-s like that

I think I would have got all that talk if my last car wasn't a smart! Compared to that it's massively practical and awesome and they haven't said anything ;)

My nan always gets in mine, she loves being driven round in a sporty car by her grandson!
