So, was out with my girlfriend today, and she saw a miniture set of drawers to go on a desktop, with hearts cut out of it, to put some hairclips or whatever girls have in.. Rings and **** like that?

Looked exactly like this but just 3, not 6..

And it was £20!? She even said she had seen the same one for £40 in next.. And she really wanted it.. **** that!

I said to her..
"Your not paying £20 for that!? Ill make you one better than that for free"
"Go on then" she said...

With some shelves, hearts, paint, and pointless sanding down to make it look 'vintage' how could ingo wrong!

In the middle of making my mummy some candle holders out of Oak.. Mm!

I get off over wood :(

Im more enjoying spending time with my tool than making something for someone else
I have a serious passion for this shiz! Plus the misses gets her silly tiny drawers :p

Lol. Awww :) ladies man. Lol!
Good luck to you pal. You like doing it awesome. I've never been good with that. Put me in a room with ingredients and I'm at home. Lol! That's as creative as I get

I've been around cars since I was 5... The old man was a mechanic for 20years. Lol! I like my cars and it is not as hard as you think it is... Note how to take things apart and put them together the same way :)

Nice, would save plenty of money being one!

But on the other hand im able to do pretty much any kind of house modifications myself, so saving money in another aspect.. Like if i wanted a new kitchen incould fit one myself, save thousands!!

Haha stop ruining my post! And no they arnt for sale, just wanted to show them off!

And my tools are lovely, if i get dumped, then im so carving a woman out of timber....

There's nothing wrong with loving wood :p (no that's not meant to be sexual)

a few years ago my mum wanted to get 4 flower boxes (massive ones) for about £600 so me and my dad made them out of £100 worth of wood and was made to a much higher standard :)

You can't beat the smell of wood
