Dunno if anyone else is on tmobile with iPhone 4 but I've had it 6 months now with 1200 minutes unlimted texes and 750mb of Internet. Anyways gets a tex off tmobile today sayin from the 2nd of feb I will no longer have 750mbs but 500mbs can they do this seen as I signed a 2 year contract with 750mbs??

Hmmm seems somewhat suspect that they're just reducing your allowance but you're expected to pay the same.

If you're in a 2 year contract then they need to adhere to that in the same way they'd expect you too.

Can't really comment as there may be a clause that gets then out of it however when Orange changed their tarrifs I got the missus out of a 2 year contract because of it :) you'll have to prove that it affects you though...

Then I don't wanna be payin them 45quid a month for somethin I ain't gettin it's ment to be unlimited Internet with fair usage in brackits

Give your contract a thorough read just in case as Matt says, there is some clause that says they are able to change it.

If not, perhaps speak to Trading Standards and see if they have any advice on it.

Personally, I don't see how they can change the contract you signed up for and keep you paying the same amount.

Yeah defo worth a read. The Orange contract I was talking about had a clause stating that if they changed the allowance significantly then you could end the agreement. It also stated that any device is yours to keep as well :) so she ended up with a free phone and only paid about 5 months of the contract.

Have a look on google and iPhone websites too though as I imagine by now there will be plenty of discussions on the matter and loads of facts/advise.

Spoke to tmobile this mornin and I've still got 750mb new or renewal customers will have 500mb
