Is this meant to be like this?

So I had some coilovers fitted at the start of the month. I was topping up my screen wash today and noticed this. Just wandering if it's meant to look like this.

The links are for two pictures of either side of my engine bay. Where my hand is holding back either piece of trim I think it's meant to be connected to the rest of the trim?

Plus I think I'm missing a plastic cone on the second photo? Don't suppose any of you could check next time you're under the bonnet and see if yours are the same?

Yep, there should be a large headed screw in the second pic, just like the first.

The trims should clip into the scuttle, with a small lug which can be released by inserting a screwdriver down into the little round hole and pressing the lug down.
