k tec Induction kits are the most common

Supersprint exhausts are nice too but there's alot of different cheaper options floating around

Well id pay the right price maybe 400 might get me an exhaust im not sure whats the best one for these the k tec or the super supersprint ? which is better ?? and i went on the k tec website they ony show panel filters not induction kits :/

if you want to build your own induction system, you'll need a 70mm hose / pipe for the throttle body and you'll need to plumb in a 25mm breather pipe into it. then you can choose from HKS induction systems, greddy ... you name it!

Wouldn't bother with an induction kit mate.. sucking in all that hot engine air! stick with a performance panel filter.. more likely to produce an extra horsepower than an induction kit will.. induction kits sound awful aswell on anything without a turbo.. a nice exhuast will give you a nice rumble!

ok well panel filters are not that expensive ill try that :D isnt there a way i could feed cold air to the induction kit ? would a closed filter be better than an open ? if i was to have an induction kit ?

K&N induction kit from demon tweeks or kam racing had mine in since march best mod I've got sounds the brutal when going hard and if you drive normal ( changing before 3000rpm) you hardly notice it so its good to live with day to day go for that you won't be disappointed

Is it hard to fit??

nah not at all, you just need a screwdriver / torx bit (can't remember what size of the top of my head) to unloosen the intake hose clamp onto the airbox and then remove the airbox itself which is held in by rubber mounting 'things'. you just need to wedge them apart. its a 10 minute job, we done martins (supermrtino1) in the co-op car park in 10-15 minutes :p

sounds spectacular

Aye it's top notch like Davie said 10/15 mins fitting time maybe a bit longer but basically the old one comes out a wee bit stiff needs a good pull once that's out the road tho its a easy job
