I used to really dislike him... but i've had a proper think:

actually, i think he is awesome. He has become his own brand, he has worked his nuts off and achieved so much!

hes a spoilt little American brat that thinks he is far to good for everyone else. He thinks hes something hes not and has let fame go massively to his head. I absolutely hate him and i dont think he will be around for long because hes not that good

I SAID BABY BABY BABY OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

sorry for the about. Yeah i hate him alot but his songs are catchy and get stuck in your head.

Amen!!

See you next thursday, /thread.

When he got twatted on the head by a water bottle, lolsauages!! Shame the 'fan' didn't lob it harder

He's done well because been marketed by grown ups!!

Just another American kid thrown into the limelight to make other people money and obviously he'll make out of it in the mean time. He'll probably end up a junkie or having a breakdown like Britney Spears or that little turd in Home Alone.

I hear he speaks highly of you lot too haha.

Are you lot just not jealous of his money and lifestyle for what seems little effort..... He obviously has had an impact on you or else this thread wouldn't exist....

I hate all pop music but I don't have any strong feelings towards certain people within the industry. Unless it's Lily Allen  I know it's weird but hey...

Yes only time will tell if he'll become the next MJ and has a long lasting appeal and 'grow', most say no, but for right now and the audience he's aimed at then he's 'perfect'

Just throwing this in here.....

No, I hate hate him. As I do Miley Cyrus, umm JLS..., basically any MANUFACTURED 'music artist' out there, I hate. And I'm certainly not jealous either, you go to the pubs/clubs, these are the real musicians/artists, I bet they are the ones who are jealous. Some pube growing, spot ridded, greasy haired mong who has had millions spent on him making him a brand, making him what he is today, just because some US record label chief executive has thought he could make $$$'s out of exploiting Bieber's potential, which had the backing of Usher, to appeal to 12yr old girls. Pisses me off.

Michael Jackson was a genius, no doubting that. Bieber is a ****.

That is pop music tho, it is manufactured, it has been even when Motown was around. I suppose it's more in your face and the amount of open information about the industry just makes it worse compared to the 'good old days'.

I feel it's a shame that these TV shows are around manufacturing more when there have been bands around for years that never seem to get that chance to break thru. These people waltz on thinking they're owed everything I think that's wrong.

Well it's mainstream pop music, wouldn't say it's all pop as 'pop' as a whole can mean any type of genre. And yep, it is a real shame that the only way they, the label, can get into the mainstream is to pump the TV/magazine/radio/interweb with constant drivvel from these so called 'artists'. They ain't artists, the labels are the artists, the Bieber's in this world are puppets.

Was it a few weeks ago, the record label for Rihanna had to pull the release of a single with David Guetta because she had too many singles in the charts?

Also, the record label for Seether (which is my preferred genre) told them to re-record their latest album as it was too heavy!? How can a record be too heavy for a post-grunge rock band??

Oh well, least they are a few good bands putting out decent, original music.
