just got back from Dorset, got the 250 serviced with some new CL brake pads front and rear and had the Twingo Silverstone remapped as well. What a difference, no more flat spots and a lot perkier right through the range with better throttle response as well.Top service from the K-Tec boys.I'll try and upload the graph later when i've sussed out how to do it.

How much did you pay? I see its £200 (not inc vat). I'm gona ring next month roughly and organise a session but I'd like to see if I can get some money off with a little haggling :)

I think they charge £234 total. And I very much doubt you can get any money off as they are a damn site cheaper than any other decent remapping places already.

Almost half the price of RS tuning.

£195 for the map, £15 for the panel filter, £252 inc vat, well worth the trip down to Dorset.

Haggle away but they may just spend less time on your car. These are not generic 133 maps. You should be more focused on getting the job done right rather than saving a few quid on an already very reasonably priced service.

The K-Tec remap made such a difference to the way the car drives it's frankly a bit of a bargain.

139.4 bhp on V-Power

have to agree, it is worth every penny, hoping for a few more bhp with some more miles, it only had 1100 at the time.

I thought i was ok with RS Tuning being an hour ish away, but that KTEC price is goooood!

Iv just booked ktec for January to have a Remap service and tracking and he give me a good price looking forward to the remap hope for a bit more power they don't sound that bad

139bhp is very good. Is that from the standard car or does it have any updates?

Being a Silverstone it has the upgraded stainless exhaust but I'm told this doesn't give any performance increase. I keep saying it, but I think the fuel is responsible for the strong figures. The car was otherwise standard. Also the increase in bhp is only part of the story. The car has much more grunt around the midrange and just generally feels a stronger engine.

Ooh and I was surprised to find a bonus of the remap is a harder more aggressive edge to the engine note (under full throttle). It sounded nice before but now it really sounds great.

For one of the cheaper mods I can't recommend enough :)
