right sign into your online account on vodaphone as you do in the serch box type online upgrade and then click the first link it will then ask you to type in your mobile number first name and last name click next, then it will ask for your d.o.b account number or pin wich ever is easyest, then click next then u should have a list of phones and that and for the iphones it is in a list around the top left of the page ! any probs bell me.
