Yesterday had my car booked into Ktec for a remap.

Only mod is a green cotton air filter.

Ran 130bhp then after a remap made 142.7bhp. Which i am pritty happy with.

Heres the graph

I give it 49 seconds before some says that KTEC rollers are meant to be very 'forgiving'

Good Result!

Yes someone will say that Ktec rollers are happy but end of the day i am sure that there not going to fix there roller to make power out puts look better!

Always run it on V-power so that helps.

Nah gearbox and clutch will be fine not a huge power increase.

Sorry, I dont know why but I thought is was a GT (hence the injector comment, now removed, blame the excess of coffee), Doh.

The graph looks good, they have helped the flatspot quite a bit by the looks of things.

Yeah the result is meaningless IMO but the gain. Plus I bet it's much nicer to drive.

Drives spot on now and doesnt feel like its bogging down which was the main reason for the map. ohhh and a little more power :)

Was £234 for map and green cotton filter I use is £60 well worth the money

it's clear from the dyno before map 130 bhp after 143 bhp so even if the roller's are happy still a good gain :)

As said, the actual figures are somewhat meaningless. However, the difference between the pre and post work figures and how it feels is what matters :)

Mine saw 174hp at KTR but only 165 at a different RR... Its still pretty awesome and I'm not actually bothered about the numbers
