Haha rob you must know about unrealistic budgets. And I reconciled it, cos I'm feking awesome. I had my appraisal last week actually and it didnt go unnoticed with the hours I've put in and the work I've got out. Gotta say something just clicked and I seem to be in favour at the moment! Ain't nothing i can't reconcile. Except that cash flow last week :lol: hate consolidated accounts!
