What the funk.

Why didn't I think of upgrading my wheel bolts...that must shave 1 second of the 0-62 time

You'd be better off getting a haircut and not wearing any underwear for the same weight saving

Unless you're after some light weight anodized bolts for aesthetics, I'm not sure it's gonna make as much difference as following the 3S routine in the morning.

I've also changed the thread title, as your original suggests you're after info, not products.

I was going to say pretty much the same, take a **** in the morning and you have already saved more weight.

You WON'T notice a difference, get some lighter wheels you'll notice a difference then! I have with my Rotas.

The wheel bolts are already light weight. I went for studs and nuts from Pure Motorsport after having the original Renault bolts stretch.

The latest bolts on the facelift 133 have hollow heads to the bolts so they will be a few grams lighter :? Shame they are so close to the center of the wheel that the huge saving in rotating mass is going to be pointless.

15" rims and tyres could save 100 times more weight wuthout compromising strength or safety

I was going to say pretty much the same, take a s**t in the morning and you have already saved more weight.

Done that, and yes its just for aesthetics, cheers mate.

Just search anodised wheel bolts in google and but a set of the many jap parts sites for ~£50 in that case.

Size is M12x1.5.

If you do not constantly take off alloy wheel nuts, be prepared to take a dremel to the fecker.
My cousin bought "D1 Spec Alloy Wheelnuts" only to have them bond to the stud on his Impreza.

I moved over to a stud conversion to make it easier to remove/replace wheels etc, the tyre compounds I use don't get much life :/

But if you are dead set on some "light weight wheel bolts", get a stud conversion and get Muteki wheel nuts. They are still forged steel but are lighter weight and come in funky colours :D
