Hi all, quick question

after wanting a 133 for a while ( I drive a twingo dynamique) I finally reached a price to pay off the finance and onto a 133 ( new face lifted model) the dealer said as he was going through the options that the black and white id pack was on his computer ( guessing the order form ) but isn't in the brochure, he said he would check and find out. Another thing is I asked for the cup pack but isn't on the quote he gave me doesn't say cup pack just R.S 133, he said its because its an option and not the car itself. Is it just a case of the dealer not knowing or has something gone horribly wrong with my quote?

Car I maybe getting, twingo 133, white ( cup pack) possibly, other then that just the base model, strange question but as I cant find out, dealer says one thing broacher says another what would I get?

Dave

The Cup Pack is an optional extra but there is also a Cup model. I imagine the new RS has the B&W ID Pack, no idea why it wouldn't be in the brochure :/

The build sheet will have everything ordered on so just make sure that's double checked. They can't order in with incorrect spec but I suppose they could sell it with incorrect spec.

Yeah sounds like what the dealer said about the option, expecting a call either today or tommorow so will double check again, of it isn't included is it worth getting the cup pack? Never drive an rs before.

Don't think there is a specific cup model on the facelift, just the optional cup chassis (worth it IMO) at present. Know the ID paint is listed as an option On the RS site. If you want a definitive answer you could give Renault customer services a ring. They'd be able to tell you for sure

I think thats the score

The Cup model has been dropped, but the cup suspension option is still avaliable for the RS133.

I also didn't see the blak and white sold as an ID pack. I read it as an option and the liquid yellow as the only ID pack with an anthracite pack available or build the bits in black as the wheels were optional in black on standard cars now.

It's a little confusing if you've not been a Renault geek and looked at everything possible and doesn't help the dealers are a little bit worse than useless.

Mike over in Inverness was caught out when ordering Karens new Twingo. We expected the black trims but the car he ordered in appeared with the white trims, which were a cost option for him to swallow. Although this worked out well as it saved respraying the the old rear spoiler from the Dini, so it was roughly the same overall costs for him in the end. Plus, I think it looks better with the white trims.

He knows his products and was still caught out, so I imagine some other places will make mistakes too.

Spoke to my dealer I don't have the cup pack but said be untouch if I change my mind, is it worth having for £700? Got it in white with the black and white pack, what I's this ad my dealer dosent even know he said he will be in touch. At the moment I have on order is , 133 in white and black and white pack, any recommendations on what else to have or is that all that is needed? I may opt for 17 rather Then the 16 alloys I have on order .

Managed to haggle the cup pack down £535, think I will go for his option not sure which color to get tho the black or the silver(ish)

IMO gotta stick with the black if you're getting a white 133.

Make sure they haven't charged you for the black and white pack as there is no such thing on the new facelift twingos, unless you spec the anthracite pack you will automatically get gloss black mirrors, fog surrounds, RS spoiler and white splitter, which looks good against the white no matter what colour you go for hope this helps, my mum has just ordered one should be with us soon with the cup pack, 17" alloys and climate control

Ordered, :) got all black model looks the business if you ask me expecting it this Friday, 17 alloys, cup pack, took it for a test drive really really impressed. Will yet get some photoso up soon

I don't think I've seen an all black model. Should look very smart :)

It'll be a git to keep clean.

Used to have a perl black clio, and despite what everyone said before I got it, it was actually pretty easy to keep looking fairly clean.

Black 17 alloys, black spoiler wing mirror etc looks really nice. My uncle has a black a4 is says it isn't any harder to keep clean Then another car he has had, he has had 2 black cars. Will get some pics up when i pick it up :)
