Can you put the Renault Sport twingos cup springs onto the imusic's suspension? As my insurance company is a bit iffy about official/non official parts.

nopeee! :/
the non sport has its own specific springs.. not sure on the differences, probly just the size and stiffness?
Make sure you get the right ones!

Damn it :/ I doubt I'm going to find some official Renault springs that will fit the twingo and lower it.

What springs did you use?

I know :p I just need to wait for Quinn to email me back. If it's a £50 premium increase it's worth it.

My car's got £500 worth of mods I want to put on it atm

I haven't even declared them.. Or atleast yet..

Basicly, if I get hit by someone else, it's there fault and they pay for the damage, through insurance or cash whatever..
If I hit someone, which I doubt I will cause ive turned into a granny driver, but it could happen.. So IF I hit someone, my excess is like £600 anyway, so I wouldn't go through insurance to pay for it, I would just have to pay cash and hope its not that bad! :D

Id insure them to be on the safe side all it takes it one idiot to hit you. They wont pay cash and got though insurance then your insurance company and refuse to repair your car due to modifactions.

All my mods are insured and cost me next to nothing if anything. Adrian flux only charged me extra for my remap as it adds BHP. hoses and exhaust i wasnt charged more when adding them on.

It's a £400 increase on my policy if I add lowering springs, diffuser and spoiler :/ crap

Now I just got an email saying that the lowering springs would increase it by £300 and the diffuser and spoiler wouldn't increase it. Now is it worth it :/

hmmmmm :D My future mods will cost £600 including increase in my policy :?

:D my car will look a lot better then

Dubz how old are you? Cos when I was 19 I put all the stuff on mine and I declared it cos they can refuse to pay out even if it's not your fault just not worth it in my eyes; I'm with admiral for £475 with all mods declared and it gets pushed up by bout £25 with all of it added and £15 admin fee when you add things maybe worth changing insurance company nxt time it's due

I'm 17 currently. 18 on the 1st of April. I'm currently in talks with my insurance company about them. The diffuser and spoiler don't increase the premium however the springs do.

I'm with Quinn currently and they're £1400 cheaper than any other company mainly as I've had a claim (stupid lady reversed into my car and tried to blame me) but didn't affect my no claims bonus.

I don't get charged an admin fee if I do it online. I'm thinking about buying the springs as there only £35 off ebay currently but not putting them on for a year just so I can break the £1000 mark.

Yea that's a pain, I was thinking of getting the springs posted on here that r on eBay but I've got 17" cup wheels going on and not sure if 40mm drop would be too much or not

I was just about to buy them and keep them until next year but someone bought them now :/

I'd stay safe with a 20mm drop

Mines at 40mm with 25mm wheel spacers now, looks much better than before :) But I am running standard 15" GT Wheels rather than 17" Cup wheels
