Mapping

With not being the first owner of the car, apart from contacting the previous owner is there any way to tell if its been mapped or not.?
When i changed the air filter for a Bmc, the one i removed wasnt the oem one, everything else looks standard

Very difficult, apparently you can tell how meny times a ECU has been flashed, but this doesnt mean Renault didnt do it.

Dyno it and look at the graphs, if the power delivery is smooth and flat spots are non existent, it's been mapped.
