Only had the car 2 weeks and both L/H rims are scratched. :(
Got ran off the road last night by an astra with no lights. I steered straght into a kerb...
Worst thing is, got my in-car camera fitted and was in the process of switching it on when he flew out in front of me on a roundabout.

It's only marked the outer rim, but it's a full 360*. Black alloys.
Should i just gently rub the offending area with fine grit? I have some cans of gloss black paint left so i could just touch them in rather than a full respray. Might not look show condition but better than black and silver scratches. Looks embarrasing!
Anybody got any tips?
Thanks in advance ;)

:( other careless drivers get right on my nerves!

Hope it gets sorted soon mate

i dont know what to say for the best. some times you do more damage and make it more noticable if it is touched up.

however if it is annoying u, whihc i know it woud me, do it on a small section to see if works before trying on whole wheel.

If your going to touch it up you may aswell just have them refurbed

Im waiting till all the tyres on mine are 205s just for a little protection from stone chips. Still won't stop kerbs but i don't go near them lol

Sorry to hear

May as well try touching them up... If it looks worse or doesn't work then go for a refurb but there's no harm in trying
