thats some speed his is topping his bike out at 185 mph ! as you can see his speedo is maxing itself out at 299 kph

Most bikers know about ghost rider, I'd say it's extremely likely it's him in the first video. With the all black as well.

Personally I think he's a hero. Stupid but brilliant and incredibly talented.

EDIT: Ignore that, didn't realise the first video was russian... But he's probably inspired from GR
