Apparently in Georgia a guy had left his iPad on his car roof when driving off, it ended up on the highway at which point it was sent flying into a woman's bumper.

Watch out for high-tech debris

According to the article I read that in, the iPad still worked after it was removed - albeit with a very cracked screen.

i dont know how folk can do that. although i did last week stick my car keys in the washing machine and switched it on. they were soaked. now the back up key.
