Either I'm active far earlier than usual, or the forum's a bit quiet today. So did anyone do anything awesome over the weekend, or got anything good lined up for the week ahead?

Sounds good. Hope they arrive and you get to have fun tinkering

Saturday I went to one of the largest free music festivals in Europe, got to see a The Feeling and The Hoosiers which was pretty awesome. :D There were a fair few other bands (including the usual procession of girl bands) and a couple of other good acts. Other than that it was F1 and travelling around.

This week is mostly gonna be working and house hunting

Enjoy the ride Karl?

Loving the bike had it 4 weeks i think now and its just under 600 miles on the clock. So nice to ride and fairly quick.

I brought a new turbo trainer friday thats all wireless and digital with how your performing. So i have my old one for sale if you know anyone after a turbo trainer that isnt digital i have one for sale with the riser block. Its just a low end trainer nothing special.

Mapping a standard car..? :s Even with mods there's not really any point with the very few bhp you'll find. The car doesn't even get driven

I managed to aid a small ginger welsh bellend to get thrown in the back of a police car.

Long story short, never come between me and a kebab.

Saturday i worked and yesterday I went to the pub with the old man for Sunday roast and to watch the f1 and didn't go home until about midnight. Not feeling well today. Everyones weekend sounds good though. Free festivals are awesome. There's one in Sheffield soon called tramlines. They have a dedicated vodka tent :)

On another note, ive ordered some stuff to build a custom case for my
Old MacBook but more to come on this another time

If it's kangarooing you either want your technicians to look at it or learn to drive lol there's no problem a tuning map will correct.

Morning....or afternoon rather.

Well after a long old session of cleaning the car i took a trip down south to see the other half (Matbry01) spent saturday on the beach watching him jump through the air like a mad man on his kite and i got to have a rid in the little buggys they have...Scary at first but very fun. Cold also see the T4 lot settig up the stage ready for sundays T4 on the beach. then sunday had a walk round Bristol and got some food, watched top gear in the evening then had a long old drive home.
All in all a very good weekend :)

Went up to Buckie to Test Drive a 172Cup with my Dad, back up on Saturday to pick it up.
Went to see my mate with his fresh import DC2 Integra Type R. Decent spec on it really!

Saw my mates new Celica ST205 GT4, also a nice spec.
Played Taxi for one of my Exes which lead to a VERY angry thrash.
Didn't sleep until 3ish for looking at AE86 Corollas.

Monday

Great! ok I will be getting her to send them to me tonight as there and her camera :)

madmatt, am a bit jealous of your mate. I love the Integra Type R's, even if they do need a fair bit of looking after. Sounds like you've had a very car-based weekend though.

Unlucky for this morning. Hope it wasn't too bad

How big is your kite? Quite partial to it myself, got a 3.5m HQ power kite which I've had for a few years.

Took it down to cornwall a while ago, absolutely loved it on an empty beach!
