My ache

Right,

My testicle (the right one) aches... now i had to have an operation on my balls under two years ago and i had a few issues after the op.... but then everything was ok.. and its only recently the ache has been there...

... my life hasnt changed at all.. any ideas/suggestions ?

As Ollie says though, if it's been ongoing for a while see the Dr. They're professionals so don't worry about getting your mangina out. Better to be safe than sorry mate.

The pain has got sooo much worse today, had to take painkillers (dont usually do that unless really needed) defo think i need to head back to the specialist not good.
