My first Twingo detail

I picked up my Twingo RS a couple of weeks ago now and the car in general was in top condition! The condition of the paintwork let it down slightly.. Absolutely covered in tar spots, felt rough as houses where it had never been detailed in it's life! Probably just sent to the Pol's every time! :x The most important thing was though that it was free from bad scratches and dents!

The swirls are still there which I am going to get professionally removed when I have spare time to go without a car at Midlands car care.. Good place!

I'm not saying I'm a pro at detailing but have a rough understanding of what is involved.. I may get picked up on some thing's but hey ho!

Step 1 - Wash

- Valet Pro snow foam - PH neutral
- Meguiars Nxt Gen soap - PH neutral
- Microfibre mit
- Wheel Woolies for cleaning in the wheels
- Removed side indicators and tail lights

Step 2 - Decontaminate

- Iron X spray, wait for bleeding.. Gently work and rinse then dry
- Meguiars clay bar used with quick detailer spray

Step 3 - Polish

- Used Dodo Juice Supernatural Micro Prime - Pre wax cleaner

Step 4 - Seal

- Used Dodo Juice Supernatural Hybrid Paste Sealant

I continued this on by applying a further 2 layers of Natty's Paste Wax.

I may have not done this to the proper guidelines but it seems to have worked really well and it is a 100% better then it was!!!
