Firstly, I have absolutely nothing at all against transsexuals.

However, I'm disgusted that the NHS (UK tax payers) mostly pay for these procedures (at a MINIMUM cost of £10,000 each), when cancer patients, for example, are being refused life changing and sometimes life saving drugs, because they are deemed 'too expensive' to be available on the NHS.

If someone chooses to have a sex change, good luck to them, but they should pay for it.
