Well my car has just had a wash and it will be getting a wax + an interior clean tomorrow.

It will be going in for its 2nd service in the next 2 weeks and will be having all the wheel alinements checked/sorted at the same time.

The tyres will all need replacing shortly :(.

My insurance is up for renewal in the next few months as well

(spending alot out on the car right now.. not too impressed)

Still unsure if i want to keep it or sell it, its a nice car but i could get something that does much better mpg which would be better for me and my new longer mileage.

If i do decide to keep it i want to redo some outside decals...just not sure what yet though

Im hoping after the 2nd service my mpg should increase a bit, does that sound slightly reasonable?

Still under 23,000 miles on the clock :)

To be honest rob, I was in the same boat as you. Wondering whether to keep it. I've decided that it's gonna have to go after how I've been treated by my dealer etc so mine will be going in September. As soon as your thinking should I, shouldn't I, you will never be happy keeping it. They are great cars but more mpg is gonna help u massively.

Mines just been serviced and mines got double your mileage plus a bit more

Thats what im thinking, the MPG will be great, but then what else is there that:

1) looks good
2) is quick
3) cheap on insurance
4) nice
5) good MPG

any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you seen another car that will give you everything you want and more?

swopping a clio gt 6 speed gear box is looking so tempting for low mpg count.
hybrids looking so good now adays, but always had a thoiught on my mind. would they ever make a diesel electric combo...

But you'd have these same expenses regardless of what car it is...?

Yes i know that.

1) it just feels like its all come at once
2) Just pointing out a fact

How much MPG do you get out of your Twingo? I average around 50MPG when I'm doing longer journeys (on motorways etc) although town driving it is obviously less.
