I'm looking at changing my alloys on my Twingo gordini but i really dont know what kind of alloy to go for. Are there any that people would recommend to buy?

Thanks in advance for any replies

What size you looking for?
Also how much you looking to spend?

As above, size, budget etc. There are literally so many to choose from, check peoples progress threads to see what style you like and then go from there. I'm running Speedline Turini's (not renault ones), Singlespeed has Speedline 2118's, Blacktwingo-i has Clio 182 alloys.

Preferably 17" but would consider 16". I would want to spend anymore than £600 really

Go and have a look on here mate, www.rimstyle.com pop in your car details and they will show you compatible wheels.

In my opinion ANY 17"s other than the Cup alloys look too big on a Twingo, 16" & 15" are the way forward.

I dont know if i would choose 15"s because i would then have to much of an arch gap and would need to get lowering springs, but i'll have a look. Thanks :)

a 15 and a 17" wheel arch gap will be basically the same

dont forget u will prob need to buy new rubber as well with alloys so will end up spending more than 600 (just thought would mention an additional cost, when looking at alloys)

My Turini's including rubber were around 900 lol, you can always find a wheel style you like and check eBay etc. for second hand sets

I'm really looking the look of the Rota Grid and the Rota Slipstream, both in white and 16". If you was to choose between these alloys which ones would people pick?
