New Bulbs..

Thinking about upgrading my bulbs for a slightly brighter/whiter look..
They seem abit orangey and standard..

I know this could be my camera hats making them look abit crappy, but looking at reflections in windows and stuff they are orangeyy !

I dont want lights that point up t the sky and piss every ****** off on the other side of the road though either.. Just want some fresh looking lights

Any reccommendations?

LED white sidelights £2.00

fogs -
LED fogs, not good as fog lights but look brilliant as pure white. £12.99
or
xenon bulbs good as fogs give more light but not pure white, just a white effect £4.00

I put some led sidelights in the other day. Not the best photo but it gives you an idea... A bit of a bugger to change the bulbs actually!!

How easy is the conversion? I havnt got a clue.. So will it tell me how?!

i can fit if your near oxfordshire, if you dont have a clue, half hour job, if your clever 15 mins

An hour to do the HID install should be more than enough. Keeping the install neat is the difficult part. You could probably throw them in within 10-15 minutes

Dont think i want to spend that much on a conversion, but the sidelights and fogs.. i'll be looking into those
So you say the Xenons are god for fogs.. and white LED's for sidelights?

Are there any cheaper ways of getting a fresher looking headlight that might not be pure white?

yes mate, you can buy a xenon bulb they are about £15.00 these are bright, but wont give you a pure white look, but take away the bright orange glow from your headlights

Getting rid of the orange glow sounds goooddd! They arnt like ultra bright are they?
Some LED sidelights sound good aswell, same with the xenon fogs.

What about fitment? just take old bulb out and put new one in kinda stuff? or is there a thread, think i saw one

I think I prefer the sound of that too.... I've got the led sidelights but a little package + discount doesn't sound too bad ;-)
