Hi guys I've literally just signed up as I am picking up my new twingo rs today. Wish me luck and I look forward to speaking to you all :p

After a day of owning it I am very impressed by both the engine and features. It's not as basic as I thought. Any tips/guides on driving the pocket rocket? Anything I should keep my eye on? It has only done 20,000 miles and has already had a cambelt change - service.

hello mate welcome along to twingo133.net, the only thing you really need to keep an eye on is the lower suspension ball joints. the older balljoints before they were revised in 2012/13 are notoriously ... *****! the replacement balljoints are much sturdier and will last the full service life of the part (around 6 years). also keep an eye out on the scuttle panel in the engine bay. watch out for any leaks. it's a very simple fix and is nothing to worry about but these are the only real common faults with your car. the car itself has a few little imperfections but renault nowadays are certainly up at the top of the reliability table thanks to the alliance with good old nissan :)

enjoy your twingo mate!
