New HU & Speakere

Looking at getting the PRS80 HU, possibly doing 6" in the front panels with upgraded tweeters and 6x9" in the rear panels, does anyone have any experience of doing this? Ive seen 6" in the front but not sure if anyones fitted 6x9" in the rear panels before.

I don't think that 6x9's will fit in the rear panels where the rear speakers are. I'm sure you might be able to get some kind of adapter plate for it but I don't know if the trim would go over them.

Why not get coaxial speakers to fit in the rear and a underseat sub. That way you get the whole sound spectrum covered in a much better way than the 6x9.

I was looking at underseat subs as an addition if i still need a little more from the sound system at a later stage but the 6x9 I liked was a 4 way coaxial which I guessed would give me a nice spectrum. Ill find links to everything

I still havent decided front speakers or amps yet, i was either looking at expensive focals or matching 3 way 13cm versions of the 6x9s.

No matter what I go for I'll be posting the progress on here
