New job(ish).. New car!

So! I had an interview with a local company to become a Trainee Tender and Estimator!

The interview lasted an hour an a half haha they were extremly interested in me as i could tell instantly as i was the only one being interviewed..
They stated how impressed with my CV they were and thats why they were so eager to meet me.

At the end of the interview the Managing Director said,
"If you are to be successful in getting the job, which you probably will be, ill be emailing you on friday night letting you know."

I think i dropped a bollock when they asked me to state how much salary i would be expecting, but should hopefully be able to bring it back by asking for a pay review in 6 months.. If i get the job!


So! Ive been doing the maths and i should be able to afford a new car, if i can sell mine enough to close the finance i owe, which is about £5000 left.

With my calculations i will be able to pull off getting a *big breath* Renault Sport Clio 197 F1 Team R27


And it will only cost me an extra £5 per weeekk!!!!!!!!

I just need to wait till june so im 20, and it will be a done deal!

The Clio 197/200 shape has grown on me a lot. I'm quite a fan and bet they're a laugh.

Haha yeah I was looking pretty swanky for the interview yesterday and wore it today to go and do a building survey for part of my course!

I know for clios that the belts need changing after so many miles..

Is there anything anybody knows about I should look out for?

Paying the subs on 197.net are worth it for the tech section,, loads of stuff in there.

Yeah, stupid insurance, stupid expensive fuel bill, the petrol station guy will remember you and comment on how often your there, extremely difficult to do anything on them e.g. Change a bulb and everything all round is stupid expensive. BUT you will love it!
