New mountian bike shoes and gloves

Today i had with drawal symtoms from my local bike shop who i get on with really well. So today i fought i would pop up and see how the guys are.

Yes i spent money i didnt plan on :lol:

New Shoes Shimano MP66 and sixsixone comp gloves.

Ill get some pics up tonight All i can say is there sweet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant wear gloves when i ride.i find they scruch up in the palms and annoy me!

altho u should only ever use flats on a mtb!!!!!!!
and they look far to nice/cool for road bikes!in fact they prob weigh more than some road bikes!!

do you run SPD'S on your mtb? if so what you running?

why should you not use spud on a mtb, they rock, spuds made me come 1st out of 200 riders in cerswers DH race."!!

I prefer Spds get 30% more power or that what i read :lol:

i run spds on my road bike but and sometimes on my xc bike if im climbing in wales in the rain or sumik but i nearly killed myself afew times on my downhill bike coz of spds espec when racing!
i find flats give me more freedom/movement on the bike and i love getting my feet out on the bends!
also it didnt affect my times without them

comes down to prefrence i guess
