Hi everyone, I have a 133 cup which has just been for it's first service and Renault have reported that both lower arms need replacing and I have an oil leak from cam cover :-(

Anyone else had these problems?

I've got a White one with an I.d pack completely standard, does anyone have any suggestions to make it stand out a bit?

Thanks x :D

Welcome to the Forum :)

Hmmm, can't say I've ever heard of that on a Twingo, especially that soon.
They are known for munching through Renault's soft bushes but in 1st Service mileage, I wouldn't have thought so :(

Leaky cam cover will just be a gasket that got nudged out of place or someone not tightening it enough :p

The White 133s stand out pretty well as it is :D
You could always lower it, throw on a decent exhaust and fit HIDs to the car. A lot of people on here have :)

Anyway, Hope this helps and Enjoy your Stay :D

Thanks, I didn't expect it either! Only just covered 10k and had service early just to be safe :) I don't drive it hard so was a bit of a shock. The oil leak is not too bad I think it started when it was about 3 months old my boyfriend found it.

Its been a pain trying to get it fixed, Renault have booked me in, then cancelled saying they were too busy, and then cancelled again saying they had one arm, but sold the other lol

Haven't seen any other White twingo rs133 around Yorkshire anybody got one near Leeds?

Thinking of carbon wraps and maybe a black roof? Anyone done this?

:D

I'm sure one of the many clever people will be able to do a Photoshop on here..

Noone else (on here at least) has done a full carbon roof but it would look awesome IMHO :)
A few people have been carbon wrapping bits, myself included.

Just do it :p

Thanks everyone, that silverstone looks great, may hav to look into carbon wrap roof, wing mirrors and would like black alloys aswell they're anthracite atm. :)

Mine leaked from the kam cover!! Wasnt impressed at all. I will upload the pics from it for u. Make sure Renault clean the engine for u coz they didn't do that for me, oil everywhere.

Welcome by the way!

funilly enough that the black roof has been mentioned I have been planning on doing it myself. but have been unsure on whether or not to do it.

Welcome to the forums :)

My 133 had both Lower suspension arms replaced at 2 years due to the lower ball joints
