The spax lowering springs were delivered today after the 4 week wait.

However, every single one has one or two chips of paint missing which is disappointing. Will this lead to rust problems? Any comments are appreciated before I phone the shop

Yeah I know eventually they rust but I'm asking should I be concerned with the chips in the paint when there meant to be new

Of course , they are new get in contact with the supplier. I wouldn't accept them , they should package them correctly in the first place.

Just phoned larkspeed and they've asked me to email them photos of the damage and how they were packed. They've come straight from spax so they ate going to get on to them on Monday. No foam or extra padding used to box them up. Each spring was just in a plastic bag (giant food bag). 4 week made to order and they can't even be bothered to package them correctly

yeah mine were the same with chips out the paint! :/ i had waited 4 weeks to and could be bothered sending them back but i was best pleased!

In waiting for them to be collected and returned to spax. Im getting a refund.

Larkspeed contacted spax and because they hang the springs, there will always be paint missing on each spring.

Why not turn the spring around once dry and cover the missing sections. Don't know what they're thinking, they'd be rusted by the end of this winter...
