Owned by my mum, bought new November 2010 options are cup chassis and blue wheels, wanted the Renault sport moniter but was told it would be a long wait to get one with it on so didnt bother. Its a blue one and will get some pics up soon, did see a Black one in France and it looked strange, Gordinis shouldnt be black! Anyone got or seen a black one in the UK?

Saw a really badly damaged Blue Gordini on Ebay a few months ago but the seller wouldnt say what number it was!


I bought her old car off her as it was too good to let someone else have or trade in as it had only done 6k miles in 3 years, and being a Clio 197 R27 F1 in Liquid Yellow I just had to have it!

although I do now own 8 French cars!! lol

Good shout there mate, I'm sure she'll love it. I wanted the RS Monitor on my order but was told I'd have to wait even longer as well so didn't bother.

As for black Gordinis, there's probably next to none in the UK. A Gordini just needs to be blue! haha

yeah black Gordini just looked wrong, here is the one we saw in France;

It was the French round of the WRC but was also a round of the Clio R3 and the Twingo R2 so lots of pics of them here if interested;

I have got 2 Clios

this, mums old 197 F1;

and this Clio V6 255 in very rare Acid Yellow, 1 of only 8 in the uk;

All the rest of my French cars are Peugeots, I used to be just a Peugeot man but lately they seem to have lost their way in the hot hatch market where as Renault just seem to make better and better ones!

will get a pic of mums Gordini up as soon as it comes out of the garage, its been in there hibernating since the snow came, its only done just under 300 miles! lol

Yeah it was at RWS last year, and a couple of years before that and FCS show 3 years ago.

Twingo Gordindi which is Mums ofcourse,

Clio 172 Cup which is my brothers,

Lazer Green 205 GTi-16 Griffe,

Miami Blue 205 GTi-6 track car,

Astor Grey 306 GTi-6 which is my girlfriend Janes 1 of 60 made in this colour,

White 306 Rallye which has only done 245miles after being found in a compound when the closed Peugeot Coventry,

306 Rallye sprayed Linford Green and sticker up as a 1999 National Saloon car championship car was.

306 BTCC, ex Roger Moen 2001 production class British Touring car.
