As long as the entree owns the car which isn't a 133 and has taken the photo themselves, then it's great.

Nope, I wasn't able to check it over the weekend. I may also add same rules apply as to the RS one - no Photoshops.

If people are interested we could run (maybe bi-monthy) a Twingo POTM including Photoshop alterations.
