Hi everyone, I currently drive a Toyota aygo and as much as I love it, I want something quicker. Quite happy with the looks of these twingos. Nice n small n apparently pretty quick much quicker than my aygo haha now I also like the odd mod and one thing I really want in a car is an amazing sound system. So tell me about your twingos and sound systems etc. I'm going to look at a 10 plate twingo gordini in blue n white with the leather interior and climate control etc :) thanks in advance guys

This is my current car :-

You should see quite a jump in performance going to a 133 from the Aygo.

As for us telling you about our Twingos. What do you wanna hear?

Your notice a a big difference when you swap. I love the gordini and so glad I got it over the rest, the twingo's are amazing cars as they are so agile, You will love it once you've driven it. The sound system in the twingo's are pretty good, in my polo I use to have the speakers were awful so I had to change them, in the twingo they are pretty good. So I ain't guna go through the hassle in changing them.

Anything else you wanna know let us know. :)

My twingo has the same speakers as the optional sound pack on the 133's which has 4x20W speakers. There alright but if you want bass or really good sound quality there just not that good. The sound quality tends to go at around 75% volume for me

For performance yes but for sound quality.. euhmn no.

You'll probaly want to install some aftermarket speakers, amp and subwoofer if you really want to improve on that.

twingo speakers are made from newspaper.....i think.....
thats one of the things why it is so cheap, for a car which is so fun to drive...
there is no other vehicle for those kind of money which can put big smile on your face as this litlle fella :D :D :D :D

Thanks for the replies obviously come to the right place with a friendly bunch :) I currently have a sub amp n updated speakers in the aygo. As u can imagine the original in this is crap haha so the sub n amp will go into the twingo :) n maybe some new speakers ill av to see how they sound :D going to look at one for defenate Saturday I'm well excited :D I shall take some photos anyway n let u no the outcome :) I shall take a look through your galleries to see some inspiration on what to do to them ;) again thanks for the welcomes !!

I used to have a pug 107 and did a small audio setup in it. The setup is now in the twingo -sub and 6X9's and its a great improvement. Im pretty sure you will enjoy the twingo. Its a nicer place to be in than the Aygo and will be a great deal more fun to drive.
