Npower rant!!!

I've changed my energy supplier to britsh gas. N power sent me my final bill bein £683 when I've looked at the electric they have tried to charge me 4,000 kw more then I've used on the final meter readin.

I rang them and told them there tryin to knock me and I was goin to get a new bill and the direct debit for the £683 will be stopped. Gone onto my bank today and guess what they have taken out the £683 out my bank the bank are goin to charge me because it was in my savings account and not the main 1. I'm tryin to ring them now and have been on hold for 40 minutes so far witch is annoying me even more. My advice to you don't use n power there useless and Robbin I was payin them £130 a month and they think I owe them £683 dunno who they have doin there billin

Yep I've gave them the final readings there tryin to say I haven't paid any gas for 6 months so there telling me I do £130 a month on electric I don't think so

Also according to npower an average day unit is £0.1560 I believe with a night unit being a third of that. 4000 units at 0.1560 is £624... The difference no?

In which case they're charged it at the higher rate as well. Get onto the ombudsman ASAP id say daz
