All,

Just testing the waters to see if there would be enough people interested in getting there cars on the rollers?

The place I am aiming for is...
https://www.johnclarksonautos.com/

They are in Chorley, but apparently are moving to Horwich, Bolton at some point.

I have dealt with these fellas before & trust the results given and may also be able to get a nicely discounted price (last one I organised was £30 a pop)

They would want the minimum of five cars before they would consider a discount.

no takers?

I may have a mate with a 1.6 grand senic, that may have a crack.

I know there does seem to be many of us in the NW. But surely a couple would be up for this

Same here, shocked there are not more NW members. But see as I have only ever seen 3 RS133's in the area

Now we are up to the 400 members mark, thought I would test the water with this again

I'd be up for that I'm only round the corner in sunny Stockport.
Would have though after 1500 miles she is run in now lol

Chaps,

I have booked my car in on the 9th of July @ about 9:00. If anyone else is interested please let me know, PM or reply to this thread.

If we get 3 cars down they will drop the price to £30, otherwise its £40.

Here are the results...

good brand of dynos :)

Cat and 4-1 kills the lower torque, not to sure if you've had a remap but that should help out the lower range :) The dip in the middle of the torque is a nightmare to remove :(

Its standard except the Green Panel filter. Well at least I havent had it mapped, the previous owner was a bird so doubt they will have.

So the dip is pretty normal then?

Would like to find a graph taken on a similar dyno on a standard car to see how it compares

i've got my before hand one i can upload in two mins, although knock 5bhp and ft-lb off as the dyno was generous and you'll see the same lines, if i can i'll upload the other run on the same dyno maker but was a new, harsher better calibrated dyno

the car was no where near 138bhp, as i had it dyno'd afterwards at FCS 10 with cat-back system and that was doing 132bhp, but the lines are the same

4th

ktec run on the first version of 4-2-1 manifold

got the power up in lower end torque but since design was still wrong had a nasty dip and shallow drop. graphs of the 2nd version done on the Dastek dyno is somewhere on my floor
