O2 outage

Anyone else suffering?

Was willing to defend them last night but they've not even sent out an email update to customers. It's getting unacceptable now.

Edit: my signal is occasionally returning, but has disappeared several times so not holding my breath

They say that, but it doesn't necessarily work. I've tried it, as has my brother and had no change in getting connected.

I would laugh. But I'm with orange. And since the merger with tmobile the service and reception has been shocking

Mine's been pretty well back to normal for the last hour now - so hopefully that's the end of the outage for all...

Even yesterday I could get 3G an thats with o2 I'm the lucky one!!

O2, still has the best deals for me, been with them since it was bt cellnet, didn't have any problems untill about 7 pm on the day it went down. Still wonder what compensation we may get if any.

o2 are generally great though! It was nowhere near as bad as the BB outage!
