In case it's not known (as it is relatively new English slang) "nom" is used (sometimes in multiples) usually aimed towards eating or eating something tasty. Think the closest German equivalent word would be "mampfen".

There may be a more up to date German alternative (as this has spread a lot on the Internet) but I'm afraid I don't know too much German slang, I was never really taught any of it.
