PICS - help

ok first thing dont have a good phone so to pics on the camera/fujifilm 10mp. But pics are to big to upload, ime not savy IT, so how do i shrink them or any help to upload them please.

microsoft paint, reduce the size!

probably a stone age method but hey it works!
