Plans for tonight?

So, what's everyone up to tonight with this nice and very warm evening?

I'm off out for steak and am already looking forwards to sitting out on a terrace with a nice cider over ice. Speaking of which, has anyone else tried the Brothers toffee apple cider?

Can have sympathy for that. Did my back in first thing on Sunday morning week before last. Was on the floor for two days unable to really move with lots of painkillers. It's still not quite right again yet. Hope yours gets better faster

Three years ago i slept awkwardly on a floor at a mates after going out. My back still hasn't recovered properly and the doctors said theres nothing they can do - it will right it self eventually! how long that will take i don't know

I get sharp pains along my lower back and then sometimes i have to stand straight then bend forward and stay there for a few minutes just to stretch it. Its such a nightmare!

Hopefully you two won't suffer like i do with mine ;-)

Going back to plans for tonight i might have to give the car a once over as the nice gardeners at work decided to get grass cuttings up the front of it. (The grass DID NOT need cutting at all, so theres going to be a very angry email sent when i get to work tomorrow!)

I know this is off topic but Courtney, you should go see an osteopath mate. When I did my back earlier this year i was told all sport and exercise was over and done with. Was fully fit and back exercising in 5 1/2 months
