Playlist update required!

Hey Guys,

As the title suggests I'm a bit fed up with what’s on my iPod it’s in desperate need of some new fresh tunage!

So what can you recommend? Oh and I will give any genre a listen

I downloaded toolroom knights, mixed by jaguar skills a few weeks ago. Listen to that quite a lot, it's not your average dance/drumstep...l

From the rock/metal side you tried Black tide? Have been listening to them a fair bit recently.
My housemate keeps listening to some "pirate metal" which is quite catchy sometimes. If you want to give it a try give Alestorm a look.

Recently I've also been going back and listening to the GTA vice city ost: vol 1 - V Rock disk. For a game sound track it's a pretty awesome music collection.

For something a bit more blues-y rock there's always Joe Bonamassa and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Both excellent

Bit more of an oldie rock/pop sound but Vintage Trouble are pretty good

Can always add the sugar hill gang - rappers delight to a playlist

Might help for a bit

No probs. I should add that if you do try Alestorm, it's probably best to go for the song called Keelhauled first - otherwise you could end up starging off with a song's lyrics saying

Was just trying to think of some genre mixing music and remembered all the Punk Goes.... albums. (Punk Goes Krunk, Punk goes Classic rock etc). Some of those are pretty awesome and there's a multitude of them. Theres also always spunge

There's also an album called Butchering the beatles, which is a load of different covers of Beatles songs. Some of the covers aren't that great but at least Drive My Car, Lucy in the sky with diamonds, and Hey Jude are pretty awesome.

The "The boat that rocked" soundtrack has a few good ones on there too.

Sorry, I kinda keep going when it comes to music. I have some sort playing at almost all points of the day

Thanks again and I'm exactly the same I have my iPod on as much as I can which is pretty much constantly so I end up getting bored of songs/albums quickly so I'm always after new music.
